Yolanda Carter

In March 2016, Yolanda Carter joined REBOUND, Inc. as a trainee for Office Assistant through the Urban Senior Job Program, (USJP) sponsored by the Louisville Urban League. Working in close coordination with team members and customers, Yolanda has proven to be indispensable in organizing and coordinating daily tasks. She comes with an array of customer service and office assistant experience. Before expanding her experiences to join REBOUND, Inc.she served as Site Director for the YMCA, worked as a Clinical Clerk and also attained a Medical Administrative Associate Degree from the University of Louisville.

For the past 6 years, Yolanda has provided excellent attention to detail and has effectively represented the face of REBOUND, Inc. by graciously servicing and directing customers and clients to their appropriate destination and assisting them with their home buying needs.  Yolanda’s visions and efforts towards the continued growth of REBOUND, Inc. is reflected daily in the work ethics that she possesses.  Her career path and growth has been recognized by staff at all levels, who admire her work and dedication.
